Expert Witness

Appraisal Gems & Jewelry experts (Graduate Gemologists) serve as expert witnesses and forensic consultants in legal matters, and provide expert reports and testimony for judges, attorneys, lawyers, law firms, insurance companies and government agencies in Federal and state court trials.

As an expert witness I help with the problem or situation with the jewelry, diamond(s) and or colored gemstone items. Whether it is due to a divorce situation, estate or you feel you have not purchased what you thought you were buying. This can be in the quality of the diamonds, colored gems or jewelry item(s) the gems are set in and the cost paid compared to the value.

Sometimes the situation does not have to go to court and can be resolved once the problem with the item(s) is determined.
