Appraisal, gem, and jewelry experts such as Graduate Gemologists are often called upon to serve as expert witnesses and forensic consultants in a variety of specialized legal situations. Lawyers, juries, and judges all depend on these experts to provide concise and accurate testimony in insurance, family, and estate matters.

Appraisal Gems & Jewelry experts (Graduate Gemologists) serve as expert witnesses and forensic consultants in legal matters, and provide expert reports and testimony for judges, attorneys, lawyers, law firms, insurance companies and government agencies in Federal and state court trials.

As an expert witness, I help when there is a problem or situation with jewelry, diamond(s) and/or colored gemstone items.

Sometimes the situation does not have to go to court and can be resolved if the problem with the item(s) is determined.
